With the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth II tomorrow many Heads of States are arriving in london this weekend, but with aircraft parking space very few and far between in the London area some aircraft are being parked up here at Birmingham and some have even gone as far as manchester. So with a couple of spare hours I went to over to birmingham. The main reason for going was to catch the State Of Kuwait Airbus A340-500, This was not only the first visit of the aircraft itself but also of the aircraft type I believe. Here's what i noted:
Terminal:
A6-ENH Emirates Boeing 777-300
EC-NCT Vueling Airbus A320Neo
EI-HDI Aer Lingus Regional ATR72

It was lovely to see some old and rare aircraft. For myself like the airport the A340 was the first time not only see the aircraft but seeing that series of the A340. So six in the book for todays visit
