Another ITA A220 On A F1 Charter


 So another early evening trip today on the way home from work (hope this doesn't become regular). But it turned out to have a good reason for a visit. Another formula one charter operated be ITA Airways with an Airbus A220. this time being EI-HHK. So thats two new Airbus A220 in the matter of days!

Flying Visit On The Way Home


 
    Only time for a flying visit today at Birmingham. Unfortunately was wasn't able to catch today's star visit, in the form of Lockheed Martin LM-100J Hercules N91BU. You can't win them all!

Back To Birmingham for some F1 Charters



 
    After a week of computer problems and other things, I'm able to try an continue giving a daily updates of my plane spotting adventures.

    So today whilst working around the Birmingham Area there was a couple of arrivals of note caught my eye. The first was the Corendon Boeing 737Max9 and the first sighting of an ITA Airbus A220. Sadly the A220 was caught from a distance, but the blue livery is hard to be mistaken.

Work allowed another quick visit!


 So an early job near the Airport allowed another quick visit. Hadn’t heard of much being in today other than Aer Lingus using their Airbus A321Neo on the early Dublin rotation instead on the normal ATR72.

A Chance To See An Airbus A330Neo At BHX

 


    So my daily check of what coming into to Birmingham Airport (BHX) showed a first visit of the Pegasus Airbus A321Neo and a nice rare visit of an Hi-Fly Airbus A330-900Neo.

Me being me I'd forgot all about the A330 coming in and rushed to catch the Pegasus before it departed. But as i was at the airport the A330 was just about to land.

Back to Spot At Birmingham 17th june

 

    Having been down London Heathrow on Sunday for a Spotting trip (Logs To Follow) allowing me a later start to pick up the In Laws from Gatwick Early yesterday, it was back to work and again found myself being able to have my lunch at the Airport. Another pre visit inspection on flight radar showed me need two of the there or on route in the form of the Pegasus A321 and The Vueling A320.

Quick lunchtime call for a 737


     A quick lunchtime stop at Birmingham Airport whilst heading back to work from Corby. Checking flight radar it showed the Pegasus flight was being operated by a Boeing 737-800 instead of the usual Airbus Aircraft.
