Trip Report And Log Birmingham 31st May 2025

So being in the city centre tonight dropping the in-laws off for a evening meal I decided to pop into Birmingham Airport to see what was on offer. The roof level of car park 7, the Elmdon multi-storey car park is now open again to pedestrians only with access via the two stair cases. Be on your best behaviour as there is CCTV in operation.

The main reason or excuse to go there was the night stopping Boeing 737-800F of Bahrain Cargo Airline Texel Air A9C-TXY.

The following where logged:

    A9C-TXY Texel Air Boeing 737-800F
    OE-LFM Zimex ATR72F
    G-JZBO Jet2 Boeing 737-800
    G-TUIN TUI Boeing 787-9
    TC-RSC Biz jet
    D-IBLK Biz Jet
    G-DRTL Jet2 Boeing 737-800
    9H-QCS Ryanair Boeing 737-800
    G-SUNG Jet2 Airbus A321Neo
    G-EZOI easyjet Airbus A320
    EI-IKP Ryanair Boeing 737Max8-200
    D-AILA Lufthansa Airbus A319
    G-FDZS TUI Boeing 737-800
    OY-SYA Maersk Air Boeing 767-300F
    EI-HPK Aer Lingus Regional ATR72
    EI-DWG Ryanair Boeing 737-800
    F-HBLO HOP EMB-190
    CS-GLM Biz Jet
    D-AIBK Lufthansa Airbus A319

The only other aircraft of note for myself was the recently delivered Aer Lingus Regional ATR. Catching that was more by luck than judgement as it was operating over an hour late!
